Mini Moods ships packages with The Courier Guy. The first option is with the following:

Economy regional deliveries (ECOR): Delivery takes 3–5 business days. R100 minimum charge for 0–5 kg, R150 for 6–15 kg, and R200 for 16–25 kg, plus R7 per kg after that. Charges for shipping is based on the type of service, the weight of the package, and whether the package is being delivered to a special area.

The second option is with the following:

Pudo Lockers: Pudo is a smart locker delivery service. Receive a package: You'll receive a notification with a QR code and PIN code for pickup. You have 36 hours to pick up your package from the locker. If you don't, it will be sent to the nearest Pudo depot or kiosk.  Privacy: You don't need to give out your home address.  Cost: You pay for what you use, so smaller packages cost less. Speed: Goods can be sent across the country in one to four business days.

Oversized or Large-quantity shipments: Additional fees may apply. For example items like a baby nest or playmat.

Tracking: To track a shipment with The Courier Guy, you can:

1. Go to the The Courier Guy homepage 
2. Enter the tracking number in the "TRACK MY PARCEL" field 
3. View the tracking information, which includes the package's location, expected delivery date, and any transit events 

Tracking numbers usually become active within 24 to 48 hours of the parcel being dispatched. If the tracking information stops updating, you can contact The Courier Guy's customer service by: Emailing support@thecourierguy.co.za and Calling +27 86 120 3203

Delivery times: Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, between 8 AM and 5 PM.

Incorrect addresses: Incorrect addresses may result in extra costs. 

Force majeure events: The Courier Guy is not liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling a service if it's caused by acts beyond their control. These acts include acts of God, floods, fires, earthquakes, explosions, wars, invasions, hostilities, riots, civil unrest, government orders, and more.

• Return window: All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving date.
• Return conditions: Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached
• Return requirements: To return an item, email customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Mini Moods will not replace clothing for the wrong size that was bought. The customer is welcome to exchange it for the same design on their own expense. Mini moods will only replace an item if there is an manufacturing fault with the same design and size.
• Return type: The store will process the return or exchange after receiving the item and inspecting its condition
• Return fees: The store will not pay or reimburse return shipping charges.

It's important to note that colors may look slightly different on a real product than what you see on your monitor/screen. This is due to inconsistencies of various monitors/screens, lighting sources, digital photography and that everyone sees these colors differently.
